The Assumption will be Frost has a high Win Rate on Villa Chalet and Clubhouse Since we don't have access to UBI's Database Server we're gonna take the Frost Invitational Situation with the Five Maps Clubhouse Chalet Villa Oregon and Kafe with some assumptions of some random data for the explanations of each of the charts Now this ain't a one stop complete solution to get the most accurate date for operator balance but it's going to make the data more accurate than it's present state All I'm gonna suggest is different Charts some conclusions that can be done using the charts This Actually Happened when Frost lost her 1.5x because she had a Huge Pick rate with high wins in the Invitational ,But she only being selected for Chalet Map Why? LOTS and LOTS of Windows on Chalet not because Frost is OP, The map gave Frost more Opportunities for Kills and which increase the chances of wins not because Frost has an OP loadout How do we know weather the high pick rate is due to That operator having a high pick rate over all Maps or is it just one map? Why do we need the question well if the Operator has a huge Pick rate just because that operator is selected for 1 map that means the operator is situational i.e useful for just that one map which means a nerf or buff isn't necessarily justified for the operator Let's take Pick rate per Map Question Presently we only have Data for Total Pick rate of an Operator Why? To have Accurate Data so Balancing Operators doesn't look like we're pressing random Buttons
